Over that time, he had the opportunity to explore making cream cheese, chicken salad, and pimento cheese. He still makes chicken salad on occasion, the pimento cheese as well. But his main focus these days is his fast growing, Asheville based business, Dream Cream. What is Dream Cream? Well, it’s is some of the best damn cream cheese you will ever eat. What makes it so good? Flavor profiles… Johnny just has a knack to pairing complementary flavors making his cream cheese both unique and delicious.
